Eckhart - You were one of the first people to visit my humble PBase galleries. And it wasn't until today that I realized you were not in my favorites!!! So, that problem has been rectified. I dig your graphic leanings, and I'll be back more frequently! You can count on that. -Brent

Hi Ekhart, Your photos of Vienna bring back so many pleasant memories of this stunning city which I visited just a couple of weeks ago over a weekend. Please upload more shots of this fantastic city.. and love your work on the cats too!
Finally, thanks for that note on my 'Parting Shots' gallery - my final gallery here on PBase before I make my way to a different website which is suited for my b&w work.
Take care, Rosmini

Dear Eckhart, I thank for tour visits and encourageous comments for my photos. I really enjoyed "My Japan". I think that Tokyo is one of the most mysterious cities like a Japanense itself, but I love beauty of Japan sceneries and continue to dig in. If you like, please re-visit, thank you!

Thanks for comments on my back yard pictures. I lived here for 30 years before retiring, buying the expensive camera and deciding to learn to use it by beating the bushes for photo opportunities. The back yard has become a much different place to me after all of the close inspection. A member of the Moth Photographers Group here will be identifying the moths for me as part of a program to obtain photos of all ~12,000 species in N. America.

Hi Eckhart,

Thanks for your reply. Its always good to get the first hand information or the feelings from the artists. To be honest, I havent even finished looking at your pictures at that gallery I left some comments in. I took a look from the gallery and I just love it. But of course, we/I have no time to go through them one by one. But I really want to and I will take time to. Its worth it. In your pictures, not only I can see your skill, but also I can see that you are a clever person in picking up the right things to take , the right angle to take...,etc. However, dont ask me which pic of yours I like most, lol. Because its a very difficult question. Well, I will try to figure that out.

Its really a pleasure to visit your gallery, and you bet I will come and visit again. Do let me know if you have some favourite pictures updated.

Best,
Emi

Hello, thank you very much for your comment. My husband worked with Kantor and when we made this phot, he said it could be an image like The Man himself would make and so we comitted it to him. And thanks for the website... Polish is not disturbing, the images of Kantor speak universall language.
You also have very nice work, I will certainly come look more often.
Greetings,
Joy

Hi Eckhart,
Thanks for the visit to my galleries and the honest opinions (the red hut looks funny) and you are right about that photo but that hut is there in the center of the cemetery.
You have truly great images here and I like your topics for your galleries, even the CATS one. Great photos.

Hi Eckhart, thanks for you nice comment on my screech owl pic. You would be amazed if you visited Central Park. There are always lots of birders around, so news of anything unusual spreads very quickly. Your galleries look beautiful - will need lots of time to go thru them. Regards, Lloyd

Thanks for your comment on my 27/02 PaD. And to answer to your questions : this construction is an external bus station (in Arras City). For the plane, I acknowledge, I cheat shamefully : first it is not the real sky of the scene and then, the plane curve is a complete creation of photoshop filter like this other one more funny :

Thanks for your visit and nice comments. Today I took plenty of time to look around your gallery. Yes, excellent. I could agree your eye and sense of shot, but also I know it's subtly different from our usual feeling we Japanese have. It's excellent experience to compare two different senses of world. Specially dog gallery and snow gallery are superb. I'm so inspired that 'm going to buy 35mm film for my SLR. Someday I want to show you.
