Isle of Skye Skies

This summer (2008) we rented two cottages in Scotland.
The first was in Glendale in the north east of the island of Skye and for the second week we drove to Fort William and stayed in Strone Farm,just behind the Caledonian Canal.
Would you believe me if I said that it did not rain for 7 days in Skye? It was cloudy at times and we also had beautiful blue skies but NO rain!

Hello - just spent 10 wonderful minutes looking through your pics. Just fab. Went fishing to Glendale/Neist with my dad and his mates every year for 15 years. Even stayed in Neist Point lighthouse four or five times. A magical place, and your pictures really bring it all back - thanks!
