Post Flood Valley Park Missouri with Argus C3

I am fairly certain that you recently saw news about historic flooding in the Meramec Valley of Missouri.
We live on a ridge high above the Meramec, so we were relatively safe through this event.
The river crested at never before seen levels on New Year's Day in the nearby city of Valley Park.
A mandatory evacuation of the lower part of the city was ordered.
But the levee and floodwall system built to protect the city since other floods held.
Water went up to the very top of the walls, and a major sandbagging effort on the brim was successful in keeping
the river from overtopping the levee.
Water level came up something like in excess of 30 feet.

Then just a few days later, the water went down at a nearly unbelievable rate.
Tuesday the 5th, I parked my car below the city side of the levee and walked up and over
to explore what had been so deep in water such a short time ago.
The railroad bridge in these shots is the one that you saw on TV, with water well over the height of the track bed,
nothing visible above the rushing waters but the girders of the superstructure.

Camera was an Argus C3, serial number 424721, made sometime in the 1940s, loaded with a roll of Fuji 200.
A couple of weeks ago I did a fairly extensive repair, restore, and readjustment on this camera.
There was some front coating damage on the lens that would not clean up.
This damage may have contributed to the funkiness of some of the images, but the camera was still basically usable.
