I paid fairly little at last Camera Show for this older generation SLR-style digital camera.
It has pop-up flash if you need one, red-beam auto focus, internally mounted 3x optical zoom, diopter adjustment for viewfinder, and uses 4 AA sized batteries. There are three modes: Program, Aperture Priority, and Manual. ASA/ISO is manually set. Other features as well. It has two switchable memory card slots, for two different types of card.
Although the resolution is not high, and the imaging engine is slow to write to memory, the camera handles quite well and is intuitive feeling.
I took it for a test run at Minnie Ha Ha Park in Sunset Hills, looking across the Meramec to the Old Town section of Fenton.
They are in the process of removing the historic Gravois Road Bridge, in preparation for a replacement.
Wonderful photograph of the little boys doing what little boys do on a sunny
day...checking out the river and tossing rocks. Nice scenes along the river
banks (0085 in particular). Good eye Ed...and you got a good camera too.
