Fall Color October 2007

Due to drought and late hot weather, color is just starting to show itself here in this part of Missouri.
Woodland scenes up on the ridge were with Pentax ME, f:1.4 / 50mm lens, ASA 200 print film.
River shots were with Nikon Zoom Touch 400, ASA 400 print film.

Ed these shots are exceptional! Hi di ho 1 is my favorite. That photo would make a great reference photo for a painting too.

I thought a Senior Net photography class and title it "FALL COLORS" but was very disappointed to not have anything as beautiful as what you have here. Seems they are just now coming out around Peoria. Love the shadow and color patterns you have selected, great cropping and use of lines of direction. Congrat's on great job here. Don P.(SKIP)

Fall colors are all done here in the northwest as we have had 22 degree nights then the next day it may be 55 overnight, weather patterns are totally screwed-up but there is No Global warming !! LOL
