Belleville Illinois Flea Market 081713

We spent a few hours Saturday at the monthly Belleville Flea Market.
When I was done shopping I captured a few stills with my Pentax Optia 50 pocket sized digital.
The camera generally does a decent enough job. Pluses include AA batteries and SD card. On the minus side, camera lacks image stabilization, and the view screen is difficult to see in daylight.
The camera was purchased used at this flea market last winter.

Interesting-looking sewing machine-like object in 1054. Too bad they don't all come with life histories.

These are good to see, & that you're getting out but staying off the streets. I always like your photos. Looking at 1036 reminded me that old bottles of soda had a glass button surrounded by a cork that sealed the top of the bottle. When you wanted to drink it, you pressed on the glass button, which forced the cork to the bottom of the bottle, & it went >pop< when that happened, which is why we call it 'Pop' to this day.
