Lou-Exotic gardening in Bolton near Manchester (UK)

The garden is only small but relatively sheltered apart from one wind tunnel.Cannas, gingers,Aloe aristata, musa sikkimensis etc stay out overwinter and the soil is improved(in parts) clay.I am 10 minutes from Rivington Pike making it very cold and wet!
