Still going through the images from my recently completed trip. Here we have a scene from Yosemite - not original since it has probably been done 10,000's of times or more from the identical spot. At the time this was made there had to have been 75 people within 20 yards - including the person who kept bumping into me & my tripod over & over for at least 10 minutes (a real test of patience). In the midst of it all a tourist bus dropped off a load from a far off land - all of whom were very *pushy* & seemed to want step in front of your shot to have a friend take their picture. And then there were the idiots walking along the bank of the river (in red clothing) who insisted on turning and waving to the photographers. Jeez! Never again! - once was enough! Next time I'll just buy a postcard and stay home.
Even though it was off season, the crowds diminished the overall experience. There's no place like home.
