1. Sharp Flower - Background a bit busy

f/32; tripod; ISO 1600 (to get the shutter speed under 1 second & keep flower movement from blurring the flower - not much light available). This results in a background (brick wall) that's just a bit busier than I would like. This is the first image in a four image sequence to demonstrate a technique for improving the background of an image. Click Next to continue. This technique can be applied in many situations. The comments with the final image ask about the "ethics" of such techniques.
