I used Live View to determine f stop, shutter speed and focus.
I use a Hoodman Loupe to block out light and get a good view of the lcd screen.

Canon EOS 40D ,canon 400mm prime with 1.4 extender
1/500s f/9.0 at 560.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original
