What I am doing is trying to repaint These works of art from WWl and WWll Aviation Nose Art.
And maybe keep them from getting lost from memory.

One of the most famous and toughest B-`17s in the Eighth Air Force, the 91st groups Nine-O-Nine. In all she completed 140 missions. She was named simply for her ser# 42-31909 And Her Ball and Tail Turrets were Fleece-Lined. Tony Starcer was the Artist. Nine-O-Nine was part of a famous quartet,Hi HO Silver, Wee Willie and Outhouse Mouse.

My father flew with the 8th 353 B-17 group out of England 41-44 with 440 + missions shot down 3 times and lived to fly again. He would not about about the war until one day I made a wise crack about the English flying at night with no running lights because they were cowards. I never ever made that mistake again.
