Wells Cathedral, Somerset

The famous Wells Cathedral clock circa 1390. The clock is unique because
it still has its original medieval face, depicting a pre Copernican universe
with the earth at its centre.

Every image of Wells Cathedral pulls me closer to a road-trip there. This is an amazing image of an amazing piece of craftsmanship. I love the warm colours and the protective cherubs and angels too, so much to take in.....
