"Faces Of Hammersbach" "Hammersbacher Gesichter"

Sometime at the end of last year my wife Silke said to me, "why don't you do and exhibition" my immediate reaction was, who me!! But after some thought I said why not and between us we came up with the idea of Faces Of Hammersbach. So, I appointed Silke as my Manager (very necessary due to my very bad German) and we started to plan and organise the foto shoots. Silke wrote to many of the clubs and business's in the village seeking volunteer models. You will see from the fotos that I visited many clubs and organisations over the months building up to the exhibition. A lot of hard work went into the exhibition from many people over the build up period. Thanks again to you all and especially my Models who were all very obliging and helpful.
A BIG thanks to My Mate Mike Big Mike who produced a fantastic slide show for me with a couple of hundred fotos that I didn't display. He spent many hours working on the show which was really enjoyed by all visitors.
The Exhibition was open for 2 weekends and was a great success with 367 visitors. The whole experience for me was great, getting to know many more people here in my village. I hope you enjoy the fotos and if anyone ever says to you "Why Don't You Do an Exhibition"
