This park is part of both Chester and Montgomery Counties. The gallery began on a sunny Sunday in September, 2006, perfect day for a long walk on one of the park trails. We followed that up with a picnic in the woods featuring a loaf of Irish soda bread pulled out of the oven just before we left, served along with cheese and some broiled chicken. This little trek gave new insight to those signs that say "DEER CROSSING."
The two rows near the bottom are from around the area that was George Washington's headquarters, taken during a 19 June2005 visit.
The last four were taken with a Voigtlãnder Perkeo II on Fuji Provia 100F transparency film on 01 August 2008.
See also the Flexaret III and Argust 8th galleries for some more shots in this large park.
