The Susquehanna Riverlands Environmental Preserve

A park and natural area along the Susquehanna River at Berwick, part of a reserve around the Berwick generating plant.
There is a day use area with picnic facilities, playground and fishing area. A number of trails loop through the
grounds. Part is referred to as the "Riverlands" and a portion is set aside as the Wetlands Nature Area.
The latter has some educational signage and a number of trails criss-crossing by various examples of swamps, ponds
and other wetland.

The property is owned and nicely maintained by the PPL & Allegheny Electric Cooperative.
