Scott Goldberg

On this date, the ceramics students were treated to a demonstration by Scott Goldberg, a studio potter from Brooksville, Maine, who specializes in functional pottery. His work is creative and his glazing is spectacular, using wax resists to produce all sorts of interesting designs.

This was a fun event, with many excellent insights into the subtleties of process, those "Wow, never thought of doing it that way" moments. Ye Olde Photographer (and potter!) has attempted to cover a few of these in the captions.
