Minox B

A push-pull advances the film and cocks the shutter
(the little etched circle indicates the shutter is ready).
The little knurled rod over the viewfinder window has three
positions to slide a yellow or a neutral density filter over
the lens! That's a flash sync fitting visible on the end.

That's a camera I always wanted but never got. I did get, and still have, the Minox GT which took great photos for its size.
