This is a 10.6 x 10.6 inch print hinged behind a 10.4 inch square opening. The original was
taken 15 July 2011 on Kodak 400TX film with a Bronica SQ-A and 110 mm f/4.5 Zenzanon PS 1:1 Macro
lens. The print is on Ilford MG Warmtone fiber based paper, toned with Kodak Brown Toner; in a
16x20 inch frame. The image is a near abstract of a rail and tie that remain from the former
Reading Railroad Perkiomen Branch, north a hundred yards or so from the bridge seen in other
shots on this page. This is one of a series of closeup details taken near Oaks, Pennsylvania.
Hung in the 2011 Perkiomen Valley Art Center Members' Exhibition at the
Fine Art Center of Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
