The cheerleaders were standing ready to begin a routine when an unnamed big guy let out a belch of Biblical proportion. The girls were blown off their feet and flew acoss the gym hitting the far wall and fell, shaken and disoriented , into a pile on the floor. Fortunately,only minor scrapes and bruises were reported. Like the troupers they were,they shortly resumed their cheering. Simcoe went on to win the game but certain people, and certain beverages, were never to be allowed in the gym area again... strange but true...
