These photos have been taken by Colin Macdonald of Northern Environmental Consulting (NECA) in Pinawa, Manitoba, Canada as part of an environmental consulting business and as a hobby. Some photos have been taken during trips to the Canadian Arctic for sample collecting trips at mine sites in the Northwest Territories, Canada, for environmental assessment work. NECA provides services as a consulting biologist and in the field of environmental toxicology. Many of the personal photos were taken around the community of Pinawa, situated on the Winnipeg R. in southeastern Manitoba, Canada.
