On January 30, 2002, a cold winter storm blew through the southwest, dumping snow as far south as San Diego and Tucson. It was a cold breezy day in Tempe, with just a little bit of rain. But at the end of the day we had a magnificent rainbow over our street and a very colorful sunset.
