So, I've accumulated a few cameras over the years, and this is my current set.

I decided to finally see how they compare to each other. Each has it's own strengths and weaknesses, and I enjoy all of them for different reasons.


I set each one to ISO 200, F5.0 (aperture priority), and stood in the same spot and tried to fill the frame exactly the same with each one. I set the 70D to 50mm and tried to duplicate the view with each of the others.

This is in no way meant to be any kind of scientific experiment. There are numerous ways to compare cameras, this is simply what I picked. Please don't anyone waste your time telling me what I did wrong, I'll simply ignore it. I may, in the future, do this again with say, ISO 1600 or so to see how that works out. For now, I just thought some may be interested in this tiny comparison. I will certainly entertain suggestions for a different test, but my time is limited, so no guarantees.
