Terrell wasn't built in a day

Casa de Sands

Our home is slowly coming together. Paint for a few more rooms and we'll be closer to done that the starting line when we moved in, and then am positive it will lead to more projects.

As they say, Terrell wasn't built in a day. I am thinking more like 3 more years, 16 gallons of paint, a quart of stain, three more rooms to be carpeted, figure out the patio and then maybe we can rest?

We painted the first two bedrooms.
Then I got some guys in to do the hall and the other bedroom, because I figured that the time was worth more than the money.
It's not the actual painting that I mind. It's the fluffing around with prep work, the cleaning up, all that crud.
Nice looking place, and a nicely vibrant shot.

LOL... Tom has the whole interior painted one color and it is a warm white. I've tried and tried to introduce some color but the brakes slam on when I go there. For the past 30 years, we've debated this.

Neither was Casa de Sands! I'm sure one of those colors will be just right! Glad it's you and not me, I do a fairly good job but I really hate it, Maralee on the other hand loves painting, however you would need to double your paint budget! Good luck!
