This was a one week trip in April, 2008 to Kashgar in Xinjiang, China. The majority of the people are Uighur, who are the Muslim minority people who live in western China. From the tasty mutton, fresh bread, and dried fruits to the amazing, old architecture and the super friendly people - this is one trip I will never forget.
