Underground Bangkok

Life couldn't be more contrasting down here 200ft or so below the bustle on the streets of Bangkok, where the richness of humanity shines through the heat and traffic fumes.
Atmospherically controlled, polished alloy surfaces, machines ferrying people through the darkness, impersonal, anonymous...
no eye contact...
All just shadows
platform elevator abstraction doors descending
closing hand eye departure
escalators bag and package ascending ladies
escalator curves out legs underground
up eye contact exit
