DPF "Challenge" Post processing Guidelines:

"Things that are NOT ALLOWED are as follows:
COMPOSITE IMAGES, COMPUTER GRAPHICS, ART FILTERS, AND COLOR TRANSFORMATIONS;
other than converting to B&W."

ALLOWED are:
All normal post editing; such as, cropping, hue, saturation, sharpening, curves, contrast, levels;
plus minimal cloning to remove minor distractions. Frames are also allowed.
