Fall in New England

New England comes alive in the fall. The reds, yellows and oranges of the maples transform the landscape into almost imcomprehensable beauty. These images were taken over a period of five years and yet I have only begun to scratch the surface of the potential of this region. When I think of fall in New England...especially in Vermont and New Hampshire....I can see the same vivid colors you have so beautifully captured in each one of these images. The are bright. They are true to what the eye would see in person. They are what this one marvelous season is all about. Thank you, Doug. I won't get up there for the fall colors this year. So, what you have so generously shared will have to tied me over till I get my next New England "fix!"
