Road side pollution must me great to warrant the scarf and the dirty money. I noticed lots of people have little design mask to wear when riding their scooters. I love the baseball cap and the official highway collector hat.

Appears they're afraid of germs. we'll probably be seeing more of this everywhere, in years to come.
