While visiting my brother in Boca Raton I spent an afternoon at Butterfly World. This is quite a place if you have never seen butterflies en masse. BEWARE: no tripods or monopods allowed. I was very disappointed in this policy. I can see why as the facility is cramped and crowded. Also, when I went (mid March) the temperature was bearable. In the summer it is a furnace in the greenhouses. My keeper ratio was quite low because I could not get the depth of field I needed and most images were very soft due to being handheld at relatively low speeds.
