Mosque al-Karami is a 14th century congregational mosque, that looks heavily restored on the courtyard, but inside kept some of its charm. I was invited to visit it, though the service had just been held in a hall at the other side of the courtyard, probably because it was better ventilated which is an advantage when it gets hot, as it was.
At the end of the series I show the man who let me in and a friend.
