This is one of two madrasas (Qoran schools) facing each other, the Adaliye and Zahiriye Madrasas. They are both from the 13th century (but modern repairs were going on in the Zahiriye when I visited in April 2009). At the Adaliye Ad-'Adil, a brother of Saladin, was buried. Due to the restoration at the Zahiriye I did not see the tombs of the Mameluke Sultan Baibars there.

Lamp in courtyard of the Zahiriye.

So Madras in India is an islamitic school by origine?
Where they say that Thomas the disciple of Jesus (Jusuf) was burried, and later the theosophical society make people belief that Krishnamurti was the new Maytrei to come to the world. Aas he denied to be that one in Ommen in the Netherland, where they kept on going with the so called starcamps, after the rejection of the story telling by Krishnamurti.
there was a Indian Master related to the true nature of man and knowledge of eternal being, who had made a knot with the islamic and Hindu people by a lifing capstone Shirdi Baba of Shirdi. actualy there is only one real dhirdi temple in India by origine.
This is a spirutual knot never to be taken away by anybody. Which will strengthen the people who belief in the only one good for humanity. Its eternal god-divine origine.
