Ahşap Camiler Wooden Mosques

Some of the mosques in Turkey have a (mainly) wooden interior, and are spectacularly different from the ones that are made of brick and marble. I here group some of the major ones.

On 19 September 2023 these five were declared UNESCO World Heritage Site.
