This gallery is doomed. That is, I intend to shortly redistribute the pictures in it to other galleries. However, I have not decided which. For a while I have been annoyed by the way I (dis)organized my Istanbul pictures, and I intend to change that. But so far I have not come up with a satisfactory system.

These pictures I took during a June 2007 stay. Many will fit in well with existing galleries, others break new ground. I think they will remain as a group for a week or two, than the gallery will start to disperse. So it is not smart to link to this page.

I hope to add some captions, but it may take a while for the work to be completed.

As a matter of fact: after a stay in September 2007 I add some pictures to this gallery, that will later be sorted elsewhere too.
