This is the Reşadiye Mosque, a notice indicated it dates from 1969-1978. I thought it looked older, but I am pretty certain it is a recent mosque in a classical style.

In front one of the many, many statues that are all over the city. This one represents a man holding what seemed to be a pigeon. Maybe for that reason tens of pigeons flocked nearby.
