At the Bulgarian Churche of St. Stephen of the Bulgars. It was erected in 1871 and is entirely constructed of cast iron. Fabricated in Vienna it was shipped down the Danube in sections. It is a curious experience to knock against what looks like a marble column and hear the sound of iron.

The holy vernicle in relief above it six icons: the presentation of Christ baby in the temple,the baptism of Christ, the Transfiguration of the Lord, the Resurection, The Ascension, The feast of the elevation of the Holy Cross- September 14. Above them the Last supper and more up the Vigrin and child
