These are some pictures in the old city centre. The day I took them it was cold, and consequently there was not much of a street life. A couple of days later things improved, and many more people were out in the streets. The inner city has a great charm.
Here we approach the old Han, Çöllüoğlu Hanı that was built by Abdulaziz Aga Khan in 1719-1720. It is in urgent need of restoration, when I first visited the city over ten years ago it was already waning, but not half as bad as I found it this time around.
