This is a balcony on the outer wall of the Türk ve Islam Eserli Müzesi at the At meydanı, or Hippodrome.

The current Türk ve Islam Eserleri Müzesi is in the former Palace of Ibrahim Paşa, a vezir of Süleyman the Magnificent who was executed.
