Luleburgaz Zindan Baba Türbesi 0043.jpg

Zindan Baba Türbesi, located next to the Kırklareli Government Building. The intact Zindan Baba Tomb is reminiscent of Bursa-type tombs. The tomb is made of bricks and travertine. There was a wooden clock tower on the tomb, but it was later destroyed. As the building seems to be from the 14th century that clock must have been a later addition.
The three-storey tomb is entered through a small door. There is a cylindrical tambour on top of the tower rising in the form of a rectangular prism. Each floor has a single square-based form. In the basement of the building, there is a tomb of 3.70x3.90 meters covered with a barrel vault.
