The park to its opposite (in the bottom right) is the Constitutional Park and the little statue that can be seen symbolizes the Constitution (the number of "steps" on it being equal to the number of articles in the constitution.) In the background is Elmadaš (Apple Mountain), Ankara's most famous mountain and also a fine ski centre for those who can't afford Bolu and Uludağ. In between are the boring residential districts of Birlik (Unity), Yıldız (Star) and OR-AN (Central Anatolia), from left to right.
