Base of the monument dedicated to a charioteer, Porphirios, erected by the Blue party on the spina of the hippodrome, 6th century AD.

Found (excavated) in the second courtyard of the Topkapı Palace.
The inscription mentions emperor Anastasius (491-518) as initiator of the monument.
