When I go to Ankara, I see the Ankaray (light rail system shown in this photo) and it saddens me. For it's so new and so clean, but so void, so empty. No artwork, nothing that would give the place some character, some atmosphere. You will see that a lot in Turkey; people give function more importance I guess. I wish they had let art students do some stuff on the floors and walls. Wouldn't hurt nobody.
