Ilgi is the name of the shop, not a category of products or a business branch. It simply means 'attention'. Since this is a cosmetics shop of a kind, it probably is in the meaning of giving you attention/care.

Hi I am Can from Samsun. The first shope at the left (also the first shop at the right is the same one, Ilgi) sells some kind of drygoods. The second shop, Elvan is a spice-seller and the third one, Karsa is an ironmonger. There is a Turkish bath at the fourth order. It is written 'Hamam' on the signboard. The street in the picture is an old street from old Samsun. Generally delicatessens and haberdasheries exist in this area.
