On the foreground: The Hazeranlar Sokağı (Hazeranlar Street) is actually a bridge for pedestrians only. It is named after the nearby Hazeranlar Konağı, a large 19th century mansion that is now an ethnographical museum
In the upper left corner: Two of the royal Pontic rock tombs (3th-2nd century BC) and the partly restored fortified palace of the Pontic kings, which was transformed into a (lower) fortress / residence by Romans, Byzantines and Turks. It is now called Kızlar Sarayı (Palace of the Maidens).
