The central square has two mosques (one small), a post office, an underground shopping area, a very old and large hamam, and provides a good view of the castle. This is the hamam, the Lonely Planet guide claims that many masseurs you may come across in a Turkish bath anywhere in the country will have had their training here. It's from 1572, built for Ali Pasha, who also ordered the mosque on the other side of the square.
