I found a map on a site of the Österreichichisches Archäologisches Institut (Austrian Archaeological Institute), which I reproduce as it allows me to roughly indicate where I took some pictures. Luckily many of my pictures have gps coordinates. On this map one can see there are roughly two areas, both walled in, separated by a stream, both with buildings that often have not been excavated. The one to the left contains the Gaius Caesar Cenotaph and Ptolemaion. I will refer to it as Part A. So the other part will be Part B. Obviously there also is the theatre, which is one the hill where rock graves and the Perikles heroon can be found.
