Elsewhere I complain about the mistakes that are constantly (in the sense: in almost any message one comes across) being made in notices.
Here the English text is, with some exceptions, utterly incomprehensible. What does “1713 the construction of Muslim, 3523 total workers run” mean? Or the wonderful “The complex empire soils for use in construction materials brought from various parts of the complex is 15 parts”?
I saw this text while walking downhill from Süleymaniye, I seem to remember it was at the Mülazimler Medresesi, the medrese of the preparatory students, which is downhill from the Third and Fourth Medreses of the Süleymaniye complex.
