The church at the north side. It is described as "a church with an inscribed-cross plan with four columns. The animal-head decoration on column capitals and the sculpture of a human figure on the wall are unique in Cappadocia."
On this picture you can see a dark window (left, behind the column). From that you can see a room which is to the west of the next columned space that we'll visit. The view through the picture can be seen on the next picture.
Not having read this text I overlooked the animal-head decorations on the capitals, but I did note the human figure, who seems to be trying to escape from the wall.
