The Kubad Paşa Medrese seems to ordinarily be a museum, but since another mosque, the Makam, is under restoration the medrese was in 2007 temporarily roofed over and used as a mosque. The medrese is a few steps away from the grave of the prophet Daniel.

In 2013 restoration was almost finished, to turn it back into a museum (I was told).
