Ankara june 2011 6997.jpg

This terracotta model of a god in a niche-shaped temple was found in the oldest (Old-Hittite) layer of Inandıktepe, which is dated from the 16th century BC.
Inandık is situated about 100 km northwest of Hatuşa/Boğazköy.
