This is a little group of houses, probably dating from that 5000 BC as on the previous picture, in a scale model. I think it represents Can Hasan, 5000 BC. I found site about this subject (as a starting point, it seems): A late Neolithic settlement dating from 6500 BCE, inhabited into the Chalcolithic period.

The houses of Can Hasan I (6th – 4th millennium BC) were clustered close together each with independent walls. They either had square or rectangular plans and were built in two floors. Walls were constructed from 60 x 40 cm mud bricks and plastered in white. The lower floors of the houses were used as depots and the upper floors for living quarters. Doors and windows were absent on the lower floors. A staircase led to the second floor; entry to the ground floor was through the roof.
